One of the reasons many people are not getting good weight loss results is that they may be starving their bodies one time or another. There are 2 scenarios in which this can happen. It doesn't really matter how it happens, either way in this case is equally damaging. What happens is that you will decrease the calories that you take in which will result in some short-term weight loss, the bad thing here is that you will be slowing down your metabolism to a crawl. What this means is that after the starvation is over, your body will hold onto the next meal you eat for life, expecting be be starved again.

If you allow starvation to become a regular thing, you will actually be contributing to your own weight gain from then on.

Make sure that you are keeping your meals no longer than 4 hours apart. When you do this, you will be aiding the healthy metabolism that you will need to lose the weight that you’ve committed yourself to. Have a look at the weight loss diets on the right side of this blog.
